From the audit to the proposed action plan
šļø A few weeks ago, we shared news of the start of the audit work on the faƧade of the ViƱagrande Civic Centre in Alcorcón.
Following the inspections carried out and the analysis conducted by the Anphis engineering team, we have now submitted the technical audit and the proposed action plan for the refurbishment of the buildingās faƧade.
š The main findings point to:
𧱠Movement and displacement of ceramic façade tiles
š© Deterioration and loss of strength in fixings and rivets
š§ Waterproofing issues and water ingress
ā ļø Potential risk of detachment in certain areas
Based on this, both immediate precautionary measures and comprehensive repair works have been defined, aimed at restoring the safety, stability and durability of the building envelope.
We find this type of project particularly interesting as it reflects quite well the versatility we possess within Anphisās engineering division.
In recent weeks, we have been working on hospital energy audits, electrical refurbishments of critical government data centres, and also on structural defects and the refurbishment of public buildings.
āļø Different sectors, different problems⦠but always the same technical approach behind them.
New engineering project for the IGAE āļø
We are currently drafting the electrical refurbishment project for a data centre belonging to the IGAE ā the General State Audit Office ā the body responsible, amongst other functions, for economic and financial oversight and accounting within the state public sector.
š„ļø A data centre (DC) is, to put it very simply, the place where servers, storage systems and communications systems are housed and operated, enabling a multitude of critical government applications and services to function.
šLast week, our engineering team carried out a technical visit to the facilities in Madrid and we have already begun work on the project.
What is interesting about this type of project is that it is often not just about āmore powerā, but about ensuring service continuity and minimising risks in infrastructures where a power cut can take critical systems offline.
š§ In this project, we are working on:
ā” Electrical redundancy and improved reliability
š Refurbishment of switchboards and power supply lines
š§ Reorganisation of power supply to cooling systems
š”ļø Minimising the risk of a complete data centre shutdown
š¢ These types of environments require a very detailed approach, especially when every modification must coexist with critical systems that are already in operation.
We continue to take on new engineering projects in the public sector and work on highly demanding technical infrastructure projects across the country šŖšø
šļø New contract awarded to Anphisās engineering division.
On this occasion, we are working for Alcorcón Town Council on an audit of the condition of the façade of the Viñagrande Civic Centre, a municipal venue hosting theatre performances, cultural activities, workshops and courses for hundreds of users throughout the year.
Last week, our engineering team carried out a technical inspection of the building and we are already working on the audit, assessing the condition of the ventilated faƧade, any movements detected and the safety and repair measures that may be necessary.
š We are currently working on:
š§± Inspection and analysis of the faƧadeās condition
š§ Assessment of leaks and interior damage
š Defining potential repair and reinforcement measures
š¢ Review of stability, safety and watertightness conditions
This type of work requires a very detailed analysis, especially when dealing with public buildings that are in use and experience high levels of daily activity.
We continue to take on projects in the public sector and carry out technical work across various parts of Spain šŖšø
šø As always, here are some photos of the building.
Project at Vall dāHebron Hospital underway ā”
š New contract awarded in the public sector; this time weāre working for the Vall dāHebron Barcelona Hospital Campus š„
This involves an energy efficiency audit of the facilities at one of the countryās largest hospital complexes.
This week we have been there with the Anphis engineering team, starting the initial work on the hospitalās facilities, analysing energy production and distribution systems, consumption points and potential efficiency improvements.
š§ Over the next few days we are working on:
ā” Analysis of energy production and distribution systems
š Assessment of consumption and critical points
ā»ļø Identification of energy efficiency improvement measures
Due to the scale and complexity of the facilities, projects of this nature require a highly detailed approach and a comprehensive overview of the entire energy system.
We continue to take on projects in the public sector and work on critical, large-scale facilities nationwide.
šø As always, here are some photos of the facilities.
Anphis adds a new public project in Zaragoza and Teruel
š This week, the Anphis engineering team is working on the AEAT buildings in Zaragoza and Teruel, following the award of a new public sector project.
Over the next few days, we will be carrying out:
š¹ Assessment of environmental parameters (COā, particulate matter, microbiology, etc.)
š¹ Review of ducts and HVAC systems
š¹ Inspection of Air Handling Units (AHUs)
š¹ Checks for compliance with regulations (RITE and UNE)
This type of work requires far more detail than it might seem, especially in buildings that are in use and have complex installations.
We continue to add projects and experience⦠and to travel all over Spain!
šø Here are a few photos.
šæ AI isnāt just found in dashboards⦠itās also out in the field.
At Anphis, weāve developed FruitMeasureApp, a mobile app that lets you measure the diameter of fruit directly from your phone using artificial intelligence.š± Now available on iOS and Android.
But itās not just the app thatās interesting.
š What it eliminates:
⢠Manual measurement ā gone
⢠Subjectivity ā gone
⢠Time wasted in the field ā gone
š And what it delivers:
⢠Objective real-time data
⢠Full traceability
⢠Better decisions on production and quality
All from a simple photograph ššø
š” This project reflects something key for us:
We donāt just develop web software. We also build complete mobile solutions integrated with AI, tailored to real-world (not laboratory) environments.
From backend to production app. š²
š Project developed in collaboration with the University of Lleida and the Institute for Agri-Food Research and Technology (IRTA), within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023ā2027.
If youāre exploring how to apply AI in a practical way in your business (not just theory), letās talk! š±š
New contract viewer for Molina de Segura
š At ANPHIS, we continue to drive the digital transformation of public administrations.
š» We have developed the new Contract Viewer for the Molina de Segura City Council, a tool that facilitates the monitoring and consultation of municipal contracts in a clear, accessible and structured manner.
š The portal allows users to explore contracts using filters, graphs and open data, synchronised with the Public Sector Procurement Platform, thus reinforcing transparency and access to information for citizens, businesses and social agents.
š A space designed to facilitate transparency in public procurement and bring procurement data closer to citizens.
š° The initiative has already been reported on by Murcia Actualidad.
šļø We continue to work to build more digital, more efficient and more open administrations. If your local council wants to improve transparency in public procurement, we would be delighted to show you how it works.
š Open contracts portal: www.contratosabiertos.com
š We continue to expand our team!
A few weeks ago, Cristian MartĆnez FernĆ”ndez joined the Anphis software development team. š»
The reason: more projects underway, clients who continue to place their trust in us, and work that continues to grow. And to do it well, we need more hands and more minds thinking.
š„ With this addition, we now have 12 people on the team.
We continue to grow because the work is growing. And that can only mean good things.
Welcome officially, Cristian! š
